The laboratory will analyze the air sample for volatile organic compounds, mold spores, dust, pollen, smoke, carbon monoxide and others particulates

I collect the air samples during the inspection and express mail them the same day.  The laboratory will produce the analysis and report the day they receive the samples.  The whole process typically takes 3-5 days.

The report could find that your air is just fine to breathe, giving you peace of mind.  Or it could find that there are harmful contaminants in the air, which is a call to action – either to discuss with the seller’s agent, or to take the report’s recommendations to improve the air quality.
