The Spectora report is produced in a format you may be more familiar with, and also includes the discoveries, various limitations and educational information that is important for you to be aware of. The 360 Degree Inspection Immersion Experiences is a virtual model of the home, and the inspection’s discoveries are tagged in the location they were actually found at.
Why provide two versions of the same inspection?
We believe the 360 Degree Inspection Immersion Experience is a way for our clients to interact with their home inspection report in a way that enhances their understanding and provides important context to the inspection’s discoveries, and can be viewed as a complement to the Spectora-produced inspection
Will the Inspector call me to talk about the inspection after the report is delivered?
I will email you 1-2 days after the inspection report is delivered to check in on you and offer to schedule an Inspection Discovery Discussion, where we dedicate time to review the findings. You can also call me at any time!
When will I receive my report?
