4D Inspections utilizes specialized equipment to measure hidden temperature variations in your home and detect issues in your home that are invisible to the naked eye – included in every inspection
I will use the camera to scan portions of the house, looking for temperature anomalies that may signal an issue
If temperature anomalies are found, I take several pictures with the thermal imaging camera and a normal camera to compare and contrast the differences
I report these discoveries and include a 4D DDID statement in your inspection report – in every inspection
